How to display a subset of marks on a scatter plot that ignore the filter?

      Hi all,

I've got an X and Y scatter plot that I'm using as a filter for a dashboard. What I would like to know is if there is a way to make it so that certain marks are always on the chart (Filter agnostic).  See my example below.

Let's say I have Data A,B,C,D. On my X and Y Scatter I'm filtering for Criteria 1 and 2.  C1 must be >50, and C2 >100. Criteria 3 is not in the filter currently, but I always want to include data points where C3 >5, no matter how I filter for C1 and C2.  So with that, A, B, and C would be on my plot but D would not be.  Is there a way this can be done?

      Thanks in advance
