This should be able to be done using a calculated field. Can you post some sample data and/or workbook so that we can see what your data looks like?

In my data
for Ex HP200314 : Outage started at 4 AM but ended at 6PM so business hour outage should come only 1 Hour.
I am not getting how to adjust this using calculated field, I think its more about Logic ...
