What I did was reshape your sample table using the Tableau Add-in for Excel:
Now it looks like this:

I've come to learn that the structure of the dataset constrains the visualisation.
I used the free Tableau Data Reshaper Add-in for Excel to reshape your data to rows (from the crosstab), to first change the data and then build the stacked column chart.
