I wasn't familiar with Edit Sizes. I found this article which helped me with some questions. Quantitative Sizes
It was odd the Sizes legend wasn't coming up, so I rebuilt the sheet and it all sorted out perfectly.

You can right-click anywhere that's the grey background and the context
menu will have a Legends option where you can choose to show or hide each
of the Color/Shape/Size legends, it's also accessible from Analysis

It looks like one of the filters that I put on is preventing the Sizes legend from appearing. The menu item is grayed out until I remove it.
I haven't seen that before…can you post a packaged workbook or a least a screenshot including the Filters Shelf and Marks Card?

I found the edit sizes toolbox but the reversed option is not available. I am trying to change the rank of a sum. rank 30 is the largest but least significant in my data.
I was able to find a way to do this. In the table calculation for the rank, change sort order to ascending.
