Table structure to help with stacking values using bar chart

    Brian Glazebrook

I'm having a real challenge with structuring my data so that I can stack similar results in the same column on a bar chart.  I have survey data from a third party that has data from 100 different companies (each row) and each question (column) has a range of possible answers.  In one question I'm working on, it has three different answers - absolute/intensity, intensity, absolute, No or N/A.  I want to group the first three in one column and have a count total and then group the other two in another column.  I'm having a blank as to how I need to either structure the data or use Tableau.  Any help would be appreciated - I've attached a table to show the data - Column D is what I'm interested in.
