Have you tried manually refreshing? I've had plenty of errors that have occurred once, and if I refresh manually, sometimes the problem just miraculously disappears. I've also been told to "restart the server" many times to resolve an issue like this, which has worked as well.
If the problem persists, I would contact support.
yeah, manually refreshing does eventually make the issue go away. But it seems like I'm doing that every day and that causes delays in when users are able to access the up-to-date reports/dashboards.
Is there any log file I can check to figure out what is causing something to be "Pending" versus "In Progress"?
I'm not very familiar with the logs; perhaps someone else will know. I've told support about my frustrations with restarting as well. Cheers.
