Another tricky problem!
I would like to calculate the date difference between 2 dates (very easy), but only when the dates are different:
ID2 12/31 04/05 xx days
ID2 12/31 04/05
ID2 12/31 06/08 xx days
ID2 11/30 04/05 xx days
In this case when I will need to count the number of cases with xx days, it will just give me the cases with a different date, and not count me the duplicate.
Ideally it would be something like that:
Date Diff (Start Date, End Date) for each REPORT ID
Could you just COUNTD([Report ID]) by the level of detail of your Date Diff Calculation? You could even just make a calculation that is the [Report ID] + "-" + STR([DateDiff]) and then Count that Distinct.
Any chance we could get a workbook if that doesn't work?
