Renato Baruti Jan 3, 2016 9:11 PM (in response to Minat verma)1.) The top 10 customers by Sum of Sales represent ___ of the total profits.
Create a set using the Customer Name field. In the top tab, use top 10 by sum of sales. This will create a set of the top 10 customers that have the most sales.
Add the Set created to the row shelf.
Add the Profit field to Label (make sure the Profit field is aggregated to sum).
Right click on the Profit field in the marks card and select Quick Table Calculation>Percent of Total.
 Answer: 5.03%
2.) With a moving average of Sales by Month and Year, smoothed with 6 months prior to and after the date, and including current value, what was the Moving Average of Sales in June of 2012?
Right click and drag Order Date to the Columns shelf. Select Month(Order Date). This will make the date field continuous unbroken line.
Drag the Sales field to the Rows shelf (make sure the Sales field is aggregated to sum).
Right click on the Sales field in the Rows shelf and select Add Table Calculation.
The following should be included in the Table Calculation dialog box:
 Calculation Type: Moving Calculation
 Summarize values using: Average
 Moving Along: Table (across)
Previous Values: 6, Next Values: 6. Check the Include current value box
 Select Ok
Hover over the June 2012 mark to show the the tooltip.
 Answer: $188,552
Hope this helps.
