count number of NULL or '0' value in over 150 columns

I have an interesting problem. I have connected to a table which has over 150 columns. My goal is to identify the columns that have no or little usage. So I'm trying to get a count of all the Null or '0' (zeros) values for each field. It will also be good to know the total number of rows there are in the field, just so that I can see what the proportion of column is unused (NULL or '0').

Maybe the result can be displayed in a simple table. But with over 150 columns I'm confused how to approach this as I dont want to be create a calculated field for each column.

Hope this makes sense and thanks in advance for any help.
