I'm not aware of any common websites that shapes are downloadable from. However, any image can be saved as "shape" and used in Tableau.

As Tracy pointed out, most images can be made into "shapes" (if you put it in the correct repository folder). But not all images are the same. When you are searching for images, the absolute best place to start is Google Images. And when you search try adding "png" to the search. When it comes to shapes it is best if you have an alpha channel (transparency) around the shape. One clue that you have a working alpha channel is you'll see this light-gray/white checkerboard pattern in the background behind the shape. If you see that, then when you add the shape to your Tableau viz, the checkerboard will disappear and show the background around the shape.
