Did you enter, confirm and Set (click the button) your email address in your User Preferences settings on the server?
Did you specify a Schedule when you Subscribed to a particular report/workbook?

Is there a specific reason you opened this outdated thread? I see that you have responded the same way to other old threads dealing with subscriptions. If you have a specific question about this subject then I'd recommend asking it in your own thread.
