One of my customer has issues viewing reports since I updated the reporting from Tableau 7 to Tableau 8.
When they login via trusted authentication to our reporting, it keeps looping / loading but no reports are showing up (screenshot 1).
They have tried all different browsers and emptied their cache but nothing works.
The only issue they get is from Internet Explorer (screenshot 2 and 3).
Nevertheless I have no idea how to solve the issue. Anyone else tackled this issue or any idea where to start?
All other customers have had no issues with the upgrade.
