Our data brings in all of the data besides TODAYS data. I am using a relative date equation to build MTD, YTD, WTD in the reports. But the comparison is not correct from last year because TODAYS data for this year has not arrived yet. I have tried subtracting a day from TODAY in the equation but it doesn't seem to recognize it in the equation.
Here is the equation I am using for Relative Date:
dateadd('year',datediff('year',[StatDate], TODAY()),[StatDate])
I would like it to be from YESTERDAY no TODAY() in the equation so the Y to Y comparison will be correct per our data.
Any ideas how to subtract 1 day from TODAY in this equation?
Thanks,
Jerry
Hi Jerry,
Why not use dateadd('day',-1,today()) ?
You're already using dateadd, but you can add a negative number to go back.
Hope that helps,
Dana
