# Complex if then calculation

I have a data set containing work orders for multiple locations, and need to be able to calculate some metrics around WOs per site, as well as some totals.  My specific challenge is that the rows are at the work order level, and the square footage for each site is embedded in each row.  When I run the metrics the square footage calculation aggregates for each work order, not each distinct site like I want it to.  Has anyone ever written a formula to do a sum if where the if is a distinct value in another field?  I figure this way I will only get the square footage once which will give me the correct total. I can upload a sample of the data if that would help visualize it, just guessing someone has done this before.  Thanks

can you use min() instead? A sample of the data and the expected output/calc you want would be excellent.

I don't think the Min() function will work, Hopefully the work book will be easier to understand.  Here are the figures I would expect.

 12-Q2 12-Q3 12-Q4 13-Q1 13-Q2 1,382,412.00 1,418,702.00 1,419,302.00 1,400,969.00 1,033,632.00

Thanks.
