As you don't provide any additional information about your store procedure I'm assuming it does not populate and existing table or create a new one.
If that is the scenario I suggest you to create a view in your database with a simple SELECT query against to the Store procedure.
Then using Tableau, connect to the new view. I'm don't know if it possible in MySQL but using other database engines it is possible to connect directly to an store procedure.
As of Tableau 8.0 stored procedures are not directly supported, but there were some workarounds people have found:
In 8.1, there is an option to connect to Stored Procedures, but I am not sure if MySQL is supported.
Tableau 8.1 added support for Stored Procedures in SQL Server, Sybase ASE and Teradata. We may consider other data sources in the future, but I can't commit to this or offer a timeframe.
