Highlight discrepancies between two data sources

Looking for the correct approach (or tut) to solve this dilemma.  We're having a lot of conflicts with our data from two different sources (which should end up being the same).  Is it possible via data blending to highlight the rows from Data Source A that are not in Data Source B?

Essentially I want to have a dashboard that highlights rows from the following SQL Query: Idea being that I could filter on a particular category and see all its inconsistencies for a quicker resolution.  Any help appreciated!

      select a.* from a
      left outer join b on a.id = b.a_id
      where b.a_id is null
