Ryan, your [Account] field is a complete subset of your [Name] field. So if you want a complete list of names just use the [Name] field. See sheet8 scroll to bottom.
Thanks, Shawn (as always!), but there are still some names that appear in Sheet7 (Aviir, Convergys for example) that don't appear in either column on Sheet8...(?)

OK, now take a look at sheet7. I was able to get the ones you mentioned visible, but now I'm guessing you're going to say I'm missing one from the other group.
Haha! Well, the formula looks like it should work. But the list does seems shorter than it should be when using the calculated field. I'll keep playing with it. There might be a factor I'm overlooking or something.
Also, when I try to use that calculation on its own, all that appears is a *. I clicked on the link icon to use the name field as link, but maybe that's the wrong field to use?
Whew! Finally getting around to working on this some more. So I think the number of clients is correct (or correct enough, anyway!) on Sheet7. So I copied your formula into my worksheet, but how do I actually use it? When I place it on the Rows shelf by itself, it lumps all the records into one row represented by "*". If I place it on the Rows shelf with "NAME" I get "Client ABC" in one column and either "*" or "Client ABC" in the second column.
