Tableau Brain Teaser - Where does Tableau do a nested sort?

    Jonathan Drummey

[I came up with this over the weekend and thought I'd toss it out there as a first shot at a brain teaser, based on the discussion on this idea: http://community.tableau.com/ideas/2087.]

Anyone who has worked with Tableau for a bit knows that Tableau sorts individual dimensions, and we have to resort to techniques like building our own combined fields or using Sets to build a nested or hierarchical sort, as described in this KB article: http://kb.tableausoftware.com/articles/knowledgebase/nestedsorting, or use the INDEX() table calc and an Advanced Compute Using.  However, there is at least one place where Tableau does a true nested sort of the dimensions in the view regardless of the data structure, where is that?

This brain teaser applies to version 8 (which is a hint).
