Changing Filter items to "Add to Context" generates "Database error 0x80004005: Subquery returned more than 1 value"

I am trying to do a Top 10 against one of my Dimensions. When I add the Top 10 Set to the Filter pane, it drops some of the top 10 items. My co-worker suggested I needed to make all my Filters "Add to Context", as the Set filter is the first filter action performed.  As soon as I "context" my first filter, I get the following error.

Database error 0x80004005: The statement has been terminated.
Database error 0x80004005: Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression.

Appreciate any assistance you can offer.
