First column is the name of each sales person, second column is a product category and finally the third is total sales per sales person per product category.
What I would like to accomplish is to set a packed bubbles chart for the sales force and each bubble a pie for the weight or percentage of product category.

I don't think you can do that, and even if you could, comparisons and insight would be difficult. Here's some suggestions - I prefer the last, but it depends what you are trying to convey.
