Put Measure Names into the Filter Shelf and filter on Joy2, Total copco1 and total copco2.
Then take everything out of your rows.

Put Measure Names in your color
You need to reshape your data to do this. First of all, you don't need to have the period column repeated 3 times, so delete 2 of them. Then using tableau's reshaper tool (an excel add-on) you can reshape the data in one click to create the dimension 'Type' with members Joy 2, Total Copco 1, and Total Copco 2, and the measure 'Electricity trends' (these are just random names I gave them in excel).
Then when you connect tableau to the data, drop electricity trends on the row shelf and type on the colour shelf.
Attached is the reshaped data and solution.

Also just as an add-on for anyone who may look at this in the future - if you are connected to a cube, it's not so straightforward to reshape the data. In that case you can use Gantt Bars and dual axis charts.
Attached is an example stacking 2 measures in a coloured bar chart - it shows total sales coloured by expenses and profit.
