# Need help on spotlighting calculation

Hello

I have a worksheet below and I would like to set up the color code as the following:

IF OT% >= 99.30% THEN "OT's PASS"

IF OD% <= 0.50% THEN "OD's PASS"

IF XE% <= 0.35% THEN "XE's PASS"

IF DOL <= 0.00 THEN "DOL's PASS"

ELSE "FAILS"

Could someone help me to create the calculation field please

Thanks

What's not working?

An example of what's not working is the OT% column.  Currently it is showing 99.47% in red when the formula states IF OT% >= 99.30% THEN "OT's PASS" it should be blue.

Hi Donald, so you're probably going to need to post a packaged workbook with dummy data (unless Jonathan is in the mood to play mental chess).

Hi Donald,

I'm assuming each OT%, OD%, XE% and DOL are all measures? What do you want to see? Should all the criteria be met for a Pass or does just one item of part of the calculation need to be met in order for a Pass?

Hi Tracy

All 4 items are all measures.  I try to see if each of item met with they goal, the value will turn "Green", otherwise it will be "Red".

Thanks

Donald.
