First, you'll want to create a nested sort similar to this KB article: http://kb.tableausoftware.com/articles/knowledgebase/nestedsorting
Then, created a calculated field similar to the following (this will give you the top 100):
Place this on the filter shelf. Then, right click on it and select Compute Using-->set created

Here is another option, the nested sort that Tracy mentioned is happening in the advanced compute using.
You can see the sum of each column in the first tap is equal to one bar mark in the second.
