Here's one option:
Change the Label to use a quick table calculation to give you the percent of the bar:
1. Drag a copy of Dealercount to the Label shelf.
2. Right click it and select "Quick Table Calculation" --> "Percent of Difference"
3. Right click it again, and select "Compute Using" --> "Table Down"
If you are not familiar with table calculations, you might want to look at the online help here: http://onlinehelp.tableausoftware.com/current/pro/online/en-us/calculations_tablecalculations.html
Thank you Josh for the quick response
But once the Percentages are Turned on the Numbers are gone.
I want to Numbers and Percentages as Labels.

That is true. Tableau 8 will make this quite a bit easier as you will be able to add multiple items to the labels shelf.
In the meantime, there are a couple of approaches that might work: 1) dual axis with different labels -- bit it will be a trick to get the labels so they don't overlap. 2) a calculated field for the label.
Either option comes with some complexity. Is there any possibility you can attach a packaged workbook so I can see exactly what you are working with?
