One way is to use reference lines. You can show the value of an aggregation per pane, per table, or per cell. If you add two lines for each measure (one per pane and one per table) you can get the effect you are looking for. You might want to play around with the formatting some.
I've attached a workbook so you can see how it is done. Right click the axis and then "Edit Reference Lines" to see how they are setup. You can right click the label of the line and select "Format" to see formatting.
