The "Pages" shelf might help you here. Try dragging an field there which groups your results into some sort of 10-15 row output.
I don't have Desktop in front of me, so I'm not 100% sure this technique will work for you -- there's a chance all it will do is hide data values for rows not associated with the shelf value, but KEEP your row headings...give it try, though.
If worse comes to worse you can create Group which buckets the rows into 10-15 row pods and then use the Group as a filter.
Following on from Russell's idea, If you had a sequential row number (or could add one) you could use a function like int([row number]/10) on the page shelf.
I tried creating a row number with int(index()/10) on the page shelf and it worked in as much as it hid the data from the right rows. Unfortunately it did not remove the axis/headings for those rows....
