Tableau will see that cell as NULL - i.e. no value, assuming it is recognizing that column as a real date.

Would you recommend me to remove the #N/A and just leave it blank?
As long as this column is recognized by Tableau as a date, leave it alone. You may have to filter Nulls from your charts. Tableau often wants to draw points at the epoch date (1/1/1900 or so). I don't agree with it doing that, but it would happen if the cell was blank or #N/A
Filtering it out worked like a champ!
