Publishing URL Actions in Menu

I created a work book which has URLactions on menu. when I right click on my data, menus appear.

These menus contain the URL actions I defined.

I have published the work book and embedded it into a web application.

The menus do not appear in my web application when I right click on my data. Can anyone tell me why or how to fix this?

once the view is published, the actions should be visible in the tooltip. have you disabled the tooltip in some way?

No, I have not disabled tooltips, however I have created a view with has only rows and dimensions.
Is this the reason there are no tool tips?

Hi GR,

The tooltip will only appear when hovering over a mark--so if you're using a text table as above, the tooltip will not appear until you hover over the Abc or whatever else is in the mark area.
