Running Totals - View Underlying Data

When using Running Totals, the running total is displayed accurately on the chart, but only the current day's data appears in View Data - Underlying.

How do I get Tableau to show all of the underlying data as of a given day, including all data from previous days?

          Hi Peter,

Do you mean only one row is being returned when you view the underlying data? This could be because of where you are clicking on the view to see the underlying data. One way to see the summary data of all the data in the view is to select all, then, right click and select View Data.

          Hope this helps!
