Geocoding Lat. and Long. don't match

I live in the Pacific and more specifically in New Caledonia. In order to plot cities into Tableau I created a .CSV file to import the Cities, Country with their corresponding Longitude and Latitude. All this works well and I have no issues at this point.

My problem is that I used the latitude and Longitude coordinates which I got from Google Earth to plot the cities of New Caledonia.

As a result some coordinates are correct and others are way off. Some cities show up in the water, others far north of the island etc.

Is there any way to get the exact Longitude and Latitude coordinates that match the Tableau standard map for my cities in new Caledonia?

Thanks if anyone can help me here?
