You can take Windows_sum to take the summation of the row.
Safi, WINDOW_SUM() will work to generate a total of the measures, but it won't work in the Grand Total row without extra help because Tableau is computing the grand total at a different level of aggregation that effectively ignores the discrete (blue) pills on the Rows Shelf. What you need to do is a have a copy of the discrete pill(s) on the Level of Detail Shelf and set the Compute Using to that.
