Why won't my global filter recognize that I changed the name of a category in my data?

In order to tie several data sources to the same global fitler,  created a parameter to filter for Brand name, using this code:

      case [Parameters].[Brand]
when 'Dr Pepper' then (if[Brand]='Dr Pepper' then 'Dr Pepper' end)
when 'Sun Drop' then (if[Brand]='Sun Drop' then 'Sun Drop' end)
when 'Crush' then (if[Brand]='Crush' then 'Crush' end)
when 'Mixers' then (if[Brand]='Mixers' then 'Mixers' end)
when 'Hawaiian Punch' then (if[Brand]='Hawaiian Punch' then 'Hawaiian Punch' end)
when 'Snapple' then (if[Brand]='Snapple' then 'Snapple' end)
when 'Sunkist' then (if[Brand]='Sunkist' then 'Sunkist' end)
when 'Motts' then (if[Brand]='Motts' then 'Motts' end)

      END

In the data, I had to change the brand Mott's to Motts because the above code would not accept the apostrophe.

I have connected live to my data and when I refresh my data sources, it is not recognizing this name change? So the charts show up empty in the dashboard when I select Mott's.

      Please help!
