Thanks for your reply.
The Gantt visualization is useful, but I would like to have the colmuns with exact date written as in sheet 4. Just have two more columns with planed & actual start date... Is it possible?
Thanks in advance for your help,
I have provided two potential solutions:
The first (Example columns-example.twbx) is similar to the packaged workbook that was provided but does not display the "Planed Begin Date". The reason for this is the rows in which the Plan/Actual field specifies "Planed", the "Planed Begin Date" field is null.
The second (Example columns-Support.twbx) has all dates for Actual and Planed dates when and wherever they are available.

Thanks for your help Matthew (and Janet),
I can´t look at it right now but I will do it tomorrow!
Thanks for your reply, this is exactly what I needed.
Both examples are good. Yours is also original and powerful.
