First, you'll have to find your Average of ROW A. The calculation for this should look similar to the following:
total(sum([Row A]))/total(countd([whatever dimension is being used]))
Then, to get the Goal, the calculation will look like the following:
sum([Row A])[Above Calculation]
Hope this answers the question!

madison.wang May 30, 2012 1:25 PM (in response to Tracy Rodgers)Hello Tracy,
I'm getting the correct average. However, it does not take me to the GOAL numbers. In fact, it's only returning one number to me.

Tracy Rodgers May 30, 2012 2:04 PM (in response to madison.wang)Hi Madison,
Is there a dimension on the view? I'm not sure I understand how the data is set up maybe. Would it be possible to mockup a sample workbook (twbx file) to show what the issue is? Thanks!
Tracy

I've made minor adjustments to your formula and "accidently" stepped onto what I was looking for. Thanks so much for your help!
