Displaying embedded (hidden) shapes on a map

      Hi there.

As you can see, Detroit (see the "Woodward" tab for an example) school district shows up. However, Highland Park and Hamtramck school districts, which are both inside of Detroit, do not show up. If I exclude Detroit via filtering, they show up. How can I make them both show up at once? Do I need to do dual-axis with a copied AVG(ET_X)?

I started a previous discussion with the same file about how to annotate multiple marks at once, if you're interested. I'm trying to label the district and headcount (as seen in white) for multiple districts at once instead of one at a time.
