Here are a couple of suggestions that might help:
1. Clear out your cookies and site data information within the Chrome Browser (Under The Hood|Privacy).
2. Add the site to your Managed Exceptions lists under Cookies.
Hope this helps or provide some other areas of troubleshooting.
That did not work. I added both the host site and the iframed site as exceptions but it still asks me for a login.
Does anybody have any other clues as to what may be going on?
I'm experiencing this too. I just checked and the particular server in question is still build 7.0.4. I have of course requested that it be updated to the latest (currently 7.0.13). Has everyone who experienced this previously had the issue resolved? Was anything required other than update to a newer build?
We are seeing this on Tableau Server 8.0.3 as well. Works on some Chrome browsers, but not others. I believe it must be a setting in Chrome.
Can you share the screenshot for that page? Does the page display Session Expired and ask for login information?
I have got this error when my ticketId is not correct or URL is incorrect. Please check if you are able to access the URL.
