# Find lowest values in the window/view

I apologize for this seemingly simple question, but I don't feel like I have time to continue my search for an answer. (I've spent a couple hours already)

I need a formula that will allow me to find the lowest 3 values within the window. I am filtering out the top 25 values out of 1000 (give or take) and instead of find the lowest values out of the 1000 I want to find the lowest values out of the top 25. This seems like a simple calculation but I just can't seem to wrap my head around it.

I'm sorry I was very vague in my explanation of what I am looking for. Attached is a picture of the view I currently have/what the client wants. I need to be able to find the lowest 3 values of Ratio out of the top 25 delivered codes. The codes are sorted on Deliveries using the Rank calculation along with a table calc. There has to be a window_min() or running_min() calc that will allow me to find the lowest Ratio numbers out of the top 25 codes that are sorted on Deliveries.

I hope this makes sense.

Jared,

Not had chance to check out how the calcs could be used.

Could a double filter work? Copy the product code attribute to give two product code dimensions. Do a top 25 filter based on deliveries in one. Do a bottom 3 filter on ratio on the other.

Because the filters are applied at the same time this won't work. But, if you set the first filter to be applied in context, it will run first and the second filter will work fine.

Hi Jared

How's the attached? I used three calculated fields:

[Index]

[Max Index]

[Lowest in list?]

I also used parameters so you can control how many of the top n you filter, and how close to the lowest you want to highlight/include.
