I would like to add an annotation to a chart and have arrows pointing at two different marks (coming from the same annotation). Is that possible?
If not, I can work around this by splitting the comment into two separate annotations and placing one right below the other, but in that case is there a way to automatically align each text box so that the text starts at the same vertical position? I can drag them so that they look reasonably aligned (which is kind of a pain because you can't use the arrow keys to make pixel-by-pixel adjustments like you would in powerpoint) but then if the chart is resized (switching to presentation mode for example) it gets messed up and the two annotations are no longer aligned.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Aaron, yes it is possible by just putting in a second 'empty' annotation, which produces just the arrow. But you're right the whole thing gets whacked when the screen is re-sized:
No way I can think to get around this. This is something worth adding to the Ideas section. You've got my vote.
