Hiding Dimensions in MS Analysis Services cube

We are using Microsoft Analysis Services (SSAS) as our database.  We have been successfully using Tableau Desktop Professional to create amazing visualizations.  However, we have dimensions and measures that through SSAS we have "hidden" from end users.  We need to keep them in the database for development purposes, but these dimensions are of no use to users of Tableau Desktop Professional.

      The problem:

We have followed the procedure to hide these dimensions from end users in SSAS. However, when we log in to the cube with Tableau, users can still see these "hidden" dimensions.  Has anyone had any experience with this?

Our Tableau users are logging in via a Windows User Authentication.
