Great work, but how could you have missed Bime (www.bimeanalytics.com) in your comparison?
I included in comparison only leading products.
I updated comparison using Tableau 8.1, Qlikview 11.2 and Spotfire 5.5, see it here:
I also removed from comparison Microsoft's BI stack, because it is far behind and not competitive anymore with 3 Data Visualization Leaders...
I ended up using Tableau after your previous comparison. Very nice work again!
it is not up to me to add or remove somebody from comparison. For example, I removed Microsoft because they are not competitive anymore with 3 leaders. If some vendor can be at least of 70% of power, speed of development, functionality and ease of use of Tableau, Qlikview or/and Spotfire offer to users, I will gladly add it to my comparison.
So far it was not a case and given success, mindshare and money these 3 got and stupid strategy of traditional vendors (SAP, Oracle, IBM, SAS and Microsoft had 71% of "BI market" in 2012) I do not expect any more capable players, especially considering that BI is dead and Data Visualization is the replacement for it.

I stopped comparing DV products almost 2 years ago, because QLIK stopped updating Qlikview and Tableau became a real and only leader. However recently I did 3 blogposts, because TC15 impressed me a lot and I felt compelled to review Tableau's history. Here you go (I may find the time to publish the final Part 4 before new 2016 year):
Part 1: Tableau’s self-intro: 2003-7
Part 3: 2011-13: Tableau competes
Happy New Year!
I'm looking forward to reading through this series of yours. I noticed it on a tweet by Joshua Milligan , which prompted me to reach out to you -- didn't know if you were still in our Tableau world, glad to hear you are.
Cheers & a Happy New Year to you as well!

That's a good idea include the new features avaiable on Tableau 10.
I think some answers is out of date.
