Color Coding by column instead of the entire row

Hello - Attached is a worksheet that serves as a staple example of metrics and calculations I look at regularly. The workbook has day-over-day (DoD) and week-over-week calculations of volume, revenue etc.

I would like to color code all the DoD and WoW columns with green for % >0 and red for % <0 and would like to do that by column and not the entire row. How do I do that?

I tried creating calculated fields that would separate + and - but that does not do it for the columns alone. I have too many workbooks that need this done so it might not be viable to restate or reshape data...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      Murali.
