    JourneyEd didn't supply Activation Key - What now?

      Purchased Tableau Student Edition from JourneyEd but they completely messed up the order.  Received order confirmation but didn't send the follow-up email with download instructions until I reached out to their customer service.  Instead, of sending the original automated email, customer service sent me the download link directly.  Somewhere, in between, I never received an activation key for the software.  So, when I install the software, I have no way to use it without the activation key.


      Reached out to JourneyEd customer service several times, and they keep referring me back to downloading the software.  They are completely tone deaf.


      What can I do now?


      Appreciate the help.
