I too purchased a Desktop license from JourneyEd and they messed up my order too. I never received any emails from them although their customer service person stated three had been sent. Not in my Inbox and not in my Spam. I received one manually generated email but it had a 12 character product code and Tableau uses a 16 character code. My free trial is about to run out. I purchased the software with a week left and now I am down to just two days remaining. Can you help?
