Did you get an answer? I am trying to do the same thing. Created sets but can't display multple sets in the same chart. Help!

• ###### 2. Re: basic calculation

Did anyone get a response... I am new as well and am trying to add to items together just as you are.  I am sure it can't be that difficult.

from fiza 's description, I am unable to understand the situation.

Can you please provide a sample packaged workbook that demonstrates your situation?

Create a group on Call Status.

Steps:

Right click on Call Status, select Create Group

Click on complete, busy, call before and invalid number - call this group "Contactable"

Click on invalid number,no answer and engage - call this group "Un-contactable"

You can hold down the Shift key to multi-select.

Change the field name to something like "Contact Status"

Now when you put "Contact Status" on your sheet, you will get the combined totals that you seek... unless I've misunderstood your question.

Hope this helps.
