We think (thought?) it was fixed in 6.0.5 too - from the release notes: "Corrected an issue publishing workbooks that use the username() function for defining user filters. The error message you would see prior this change was 'Cannot evaluate user filter; no current user or group.'"
Your server (the desktop wasn't impacted with this bug) is version number 6000.11.0307.1530?
Another stupid user trick (stupid user being me). Feel free to delete this thread, and thanks as always James.
Whew - ya scared me there.
I upgraded to 6.0.5 and I still have the same problem. The same error message appearing.
What is the issue with this?
All the Users do appear to be created in Tableau Server.
Hi, Marc - I don't know, please talk with Support.
Did you set up the user filters as separate pills or within the user filter dialog you set up multiple user - data relationships? Playing around with something like this right now.
