Hi,
As I understand it, the way to create new metrics under a metric definition is to filter the existing metric and click on the check button. Tableau Pulse is then supposed to automatically create a new metric based on the filters that I selected. However, whenever I try to do this, my metrics are not being saved. When I click the back button, no new metrics are created. I'm only seeing 1 metric for each metric definition.
Is this a known issue? How can I create new metrics under the same metric definition?
Thanks

I want to create Tableau Extension that connect Download an image from dashboard and publish the image to Google Gemini. Google Gemini can analyze this image and provide a summary details of the dashboard and insights around it that can be shown in the dashboard. What are the required resources and tools that will be required for this implementation?

Currently our Tableau Digests are set to be sent at 4:00 am UTC, which means it is 11 pm PDT for our users receiving the digests.
This timing isn't useful for our users, and users are opting to not sign up for the digest. It's too early for our next day processing to be completed, and too late in the current day to provide any new insights. Right now, it's just noise.
I can't find any way to adjust the timing of when the digest is sent out. I want the digest to be sent around 10 am PDT.
Is there a setting that I am missing?

Hello,
I’m currently using Tableau Pulse and I am encountering an issue with the Advanced Analytics Editor (important for calc field + filter). It doesn't seem to work at all for me.
Has anyone faced a similar problem or does anyone know of a potential workaround for this issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
K.

When I tried to share tableau Pulse i got this error message > Failed to load. Please check your configuration and try again. Error Details: auth-failed {"statusCode":401,"errorMessage":"{"result":{"errors":[{"code":142}]}}"}
It is weird because I managed to share Tableau view easily but when I tried the same thing with Tableau Pulse I got this message. Configuration is right I checked, I really dont know what the solution is.

I have taken a current visualization and attempted to utilize the extract data source from Big Query in Tableau Pulse, yet the data source extract is not available for selection. I am the admin and have full permissions in Big Query which is why this is quite confusing.
Any help would be much appreciated.
