We have a Creator license that is currently sitting under the email of an employee who recently left and we will only be hiring a new person in the next few weeks who will take over this license. In the interim, can I reassign the license to someone who will be assisting with some of the data analysis work and then reassign it again once the new employee comes in or does Tableau have a limit to the number of times a license can be reassigned in a short amount of time. I can't seem to find anything round this but wanted to make sure it wouldn't cause any issues before I went ahead.

I am very frusterated, I am desperately trying to find how to cancel my subscription ahead of being charged. Can someoen please help me? I have seen way too many similar postings on this platform, which heightens my concerns

Good morning, everyone!
I am having trouble understanding how license distribution works in the Tableau Cloud environment. In our contract, the licenses were divided into two links. In one Tenant link, the Creator licenses were allocated. In the second Tenant access link, both Explorer and Creator licenses were allocated.
Is this the standard behavior of the tool? Is there always one link for Creator and another for Explorer? Can I unify the accounts to have all the licenses under the same Tenant link?

Hello,
Role-based licensing is activated on Tableau Server, and the maintenance end date is January 1, 2025. (Expiration date is January 8, 2025.)
Even if maintenance ends on January 1, 2025, will tableau user site roles (Creator, Explorer (can publish), ..) be maintained until the final expiration date of January 8, 2025?

We are about to incorporate tableau data management add ons feature in our existing system. Can someone share a proper roll out plan (not steps on how to enable addons) that can be shared with the team and leadership along with their appx timeframes.

Hello,
Currently, my Tableau Server does not have internet access due to security restrictions, which is causing issues with license verification. Could someone please provide the URLs that Tableau uses to verify licenses? I would like to request access to these URLs to resolve the issue.
Thank you!
