Am I missing a setting somewhere in Tableau Cloud? Yesterday's release of the newest Tableau Cloud version supposedly included the ability to sign into a Snowflake connection using key pair. But whenever I try to use it, I'm unable to browse for the private key file (see image). It remains grayed out. What am I missing?

We are facing one issue where we can able to connect postgreSQl database which does not require SSL but which requires SSL we are not able to connect to that DB.
We have Certicates but don't know where to add this, We have .pem extension based certificates
Please let us know how can I achieve the connection to the DB with SSL connection, We are selecting the SSL option also in the connection details.
Tableau server version: 2023.3.11
Machine: RHEL Linux 8.10

Hello Data fam,
I have a bunch of published and workbook embedded data sources that use login/password credentials to connect to Snowflake. I am planning to changing the connection type to use OAuth instead. My question is what's the optimal way to change the connection type in all the data sources in Tableau server?
Thanks

I have an unpublished datasource that currently is using a username/password for the connection to Snowflake. While editing the datasource I try to switch the connection to OAuth but I'm unable to. This is a bug that needs to be fixed fairly soon. It should prompt me to login to the database but it's not. I need to switch a lot of reports that work just like this so I can't just create a new datasource.
I am NOT prompted to choose an existing OAuth token or to login. Also this works from Tableau desktop but since I don't want to publish the workbook I can't use that. It needs to work in Tableau online again.
I get the following error:
Can’t connect to Snowflake
Detailed Error Message
The username or password is not valid. Check the database name and credentials and try again.
Tableau needs an unexpired OAuth refresh token to connect to the data. Ask your database administrator to issue a refresh token, then try again.
@David Browne (Tableau) Do you have any ideas? It's bug that's preventing people from using Tableau.

Hi,
I have a list of duration that I need to calculate mean, Standard Deviation and Normalized Distribution. There are duplicate Values for Duration. In my example, the duplicate values are 69 and 74.
In sheet1, I added unique ID to identify duplicate durations, and the mean is 74.46. But when I do not include unique ID, the mean will become 75, STD will become 8.995 and same as Normalized Distribution. I want to achieve the value 74.46 (same as STD and Normalized Distribution) in sheet 2 (Normal Distribution chart).
Could you please help me with that? Thanks so much!

I published a workbook on tableau server and selected "include external files". But when I look at the dashboard on tableau server (Explore > All Data Sources), there are no published data sources; it only shows embedded data sources. I can't publish the data sources directly from tableau desktop because its on a newer version that tableau server which causes an error. I can't downgrade tableau desktop because a have a Mac with an M1 chip and the older versions don't work with the M1 chip. I'm trying to get my organization to upgrade tableau server but this is not likely to happed any time soon. Is there any other way to publish my data sources on tableau server? I've been working on this all day and can't figure it out.
