Similar to "text to columns" >> add additional "text to rows" function
If you have a cell with variable data inputs, currently in Tableau Prep to split/pivot vertically you must:
1) split on the deliminator using text to columns (currently limited to 10 split columns which is a miss)
2) figure out the "MAX" number of entries (if >10, you are in a pickle)
3) pivot the new created split columns into rows
4) clean the (null) values from the over split
I have a case where the one cell could have [0 or 18] values with theoretical  unique inputs.

If "text to rows" we're a feature, it would avoid operations/considerations 2,4 shown above.
