Quick Filter that Displays Max Value as the Default

I would love to see functionality that allows you to create a quick filter and set the default as the maximum value available while still allowing you to use a single-value drop-down to choose previous values. One example where this would be incredibly valuable would be to display the current week as the default in the filter. That way, whenever someone opens the workbook, the filter doesn't read "Week 32" (or whatever the week was when the workbook was published) but rather selects the current week. I would love to see this as an option because I think it will make filters much more useful for data sources that are continually updating.
