For a lot of issues data for Europe is collected by Eurostat according to Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics (NUTS) levels 1 and 2 (more info here Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia )
Since Tableau lists Eurostat as its partner in providing maps it would make sense to obtain maps with NUTS 1 and 2 from them, which should be relatively easy and straightforward. It would greatly enhance the possibilities of working with European data. Eurostat uses such maps itself to create region-level maps and charts (e.g. here Eurostat / Regional Statistics Illustrated ) so having it in Tableau seems like a competitive must.
